Parents Assisting Students and Staff PASS is a new program at RJH, planned in conjunction with the initiation of the Olweus anti-bullying program. Volunteers circulate in strategic positions throughout the school provide additional student supervision before school, during lunch periods, and after school. Volunteers set their own frequency (e.g., once a month, twice a month, weekly, or as available) using an online calendar.
