Student Vacation Absences
For vacations and other planned full day absences that cannot be scheduled outside the school day or during school breaks, please follow the following procedure:
If your student(s) will be absent for 3 or more days, a "Pre-arranged Absence" form must be completed and submitted to the school prior to the absence.
Please notify the Attendance office preferably 10 days in advance of the absence.
If your student will be absent less than 3 days, no form is required but the parent must call the Safe Arrival line (425) 936-2441 to let us know of the absence.
Exceptions to this requirement may be made by an administrator.
The school determines if absences are excused or unexcused based on information received from the parent or guardian.
